摘要
通过种子活力的测定、发芽温度和发芽床的筛选及不同药剂浸种处理,研究了903番茄种子的萌发特性。结果表明:903番茄种子萌发的最佳发芽床为纸上,发芽最适温度为25-30℃;3000mg/L和4000mg/L的硝酸钾对903番茄种子α-淀粉酶活性有一定的增强作用,分别比对照组增强了2.77和3.54mg/(g·min),α-淀粉酶活性的增强有利于提高种子的发芽率;同时,双氧水的浸泡处理对‘903番茄’种子的萌发具有一定抑制作用。
In order to make sure the personalities of tomato 903 seeds' germination, the following exper- iment will take surge in several aspects-the vigour vitality of seeds, the temperature of germination, the selection of germination beds and the soaking of seeds in different medicaments. The surge shows tomato 903 seeds' best germination beds are in the paper. The most suitable temperature is 25-30 ℃. The vigour vitality of tomato 903 seeds' a-amylase Will be increased when they are soaked in 3 000 mg/l and 4 000 mg/l KNO3.Their respective additions are 2.77 mg/g-min and 3.54 mg/g-min. The efficiency of seeds' ger- mination will become more powerful by the increase of a-amylase' vigour vitality. Otherwise, they will be decreased soaking in H2O2.
