摘要
本文介绍了用Ｃ＋ ＋ Ｂｕｉｌｄｅｒ３．０ 构造用于研究汉字识别的软件平台。该软件平台具有简单、使用方便等特点。有了该平台，用户就可以将精力集中在汉字特征提取方面。
This paper presents the design of a software platform applied to study the recognition of chinese character with C ++ Builder 3.0.The software platform is simply and easy to be used. With the platform,user is able to focus on obtaining characteristic of chinse character.
