绍兴纺织产业集群物流管理的研究

Research on Logistics Management Based on Textile Industry Clusters of Shaoxing

阐述了现代物流与纺织产业集群的关系,深入剖析了绍兴纺织产业集群的物流特征,针对物流发展中存在的集群物流服务供应链不完整,集群内企业信息化程度低以及纺织产业物流科技含量不足等问题,提出了完善绍兴纺织产业集群物流的对策,通过完善纺织产业集群物流服务供应链,打造高效的纺织产业物流信息平台,加快物流运作基础设施体系建设,增强物流科技含量等举措,力求突破绍兴纺织产业的发展瓶颈,从而推进以纺织产业为支柱的绍兴市经济的腾飞。

This article describes the relationship between modern logistics and textile industry clusters, deeply analyses the logistics characters of Shaoxing＇ s textile industry clusters. Aimed at the problems such as imperfection of logistics service chain, low IT application in enterprises, lacking of technological content in textile industry logistics, it proposes such countermeasures： perfecting logistics service chain, building efficient logistics information service platform, speeding up the construction of logistics infrastructure system, increasing logistics technology content, so as to propel the development of Shaoxing＇ s economy which mainly depends on textile industry.
