摘要
建立了大齿轮的三维模型,依据预测的塑料齿轮的传递数据,利用路易斯公式和有限元软件ANSYS证明了POM和PA66塑料齿轮的弯曲应力和屈服强度都能满足动力传递的要求,并通过比较在不同模具结构下成型塑料齿轮的品质,得出了四浇口模具方案比较适合两种材料大齿轮的成型.
Firstly a big gear 3D model is established,and then based on the prediction of plastic gears transfer data,by using Louis formula and the finite element software ANSYS,it is proved that the bending stress and yield strength of POM and PA66 plastic gears can meet the requirements of the power transfer.Then through the comparison of the plastic gears quality under the different mold structure,it is concluded that the four gate mould scheme is good for molding the big gear under two kinds of material.
