摘要
针对传统的检测方法不能及时了解工业现场实际的问题,提出了一种基于C8051F020的自热温度数据采集、传输、分析与处理策略,方便用户进行变量监测和信息管理.调用VB 6.0 ActiveX Mscomm通信控件在上位PC机和主控芯片之间实现串行通信,并将当前和历史数据显示在监控界面,供用户查询和打印.实验证明,受外界环境影响,历史温度平均值高出理论值15.64%.μC/OS-Ⅱ[1]在C8051F020微处理器上开发的终端温度监控软件已经通过了全面调试,通信稳定、数据可靠,达到了预期的设计目标.
Concerning the problem that industry status cannot be realized timely by using traditional detecting methods,a C8051F020 self-heating temperature collection,transmission,analysis and process algorithm is proposed,giving guidelines for variable detection and information management.By reallocating VB 6.0 ActiveX Mscomm,communication between industrial PC and MCU has been fulfilled.Monitoring interface provides past and current temperature data records for looking over and for generating printing reports.It has been attested that the average terminal temperature is 15.64 percent higher than the reference,ranging with the atmospheric temperature and the air circulation speed.μC/OS-Ⅱ debugged and developed the monitoring software on terminal,satisfying the expected feasibility,reliability and stability targets.
