济南服务业发展环境的制约影响及对策研究

Influence and Countermeasures of the Restriction of the Development Environment of Jinan Service Industry

基于对现代服务业发展环境的内涵界定,在对济南市服务业现状全面调查的基础上,分析了当前济南优化服务业发展环境的迫切性,并揭示影响济南市服务业发展环境存在的问题,包括硬环境中的载体环境影响和软环境的制约。进而提出优化济南服务业发展环境、促进其跨越发展的对策建议。

Based on the definition of the connotation of the environments of service industry, this paper makes an investigation on the urgency of the development of Jinan service industry, reveals the problems in the development of Jinan service industry, including restrictions on both hard environment and soft environment. Then it gives the countermeasures to optimize the environments for leap - forward development of Jinan Service Industry.
