高职院校高水平教学和科研创新团队的构建研究

Research on the Construction of High Level Teaching Team and Research Innovation Team in Higher Vocational Colleges

大力提高高职教学质量,师资队伍建设是关键。如何打造双师型教师队伍,本文从高职师资队伍的现状分析开始,提出了高职院校高水平教学和科研创新团队建设的理念,并借鉴发达国家的做法,提出了高职师资在"教中学,做中学"的思想,并对教师、教学与科研创新团队的评估提出了具体的方法。

In improving the teaching quality of vocational colleges, the teaching faculty construction is the key factor. Then how to make double -qualified teaching faculty？ This article intends to start from the analysis of the present teaching faculty situation in vocational colleges, and proposes the idea of high level teaching and re- search innovation team construction, and also proposes the notion of ＂learning by doing＂ by using the experiences of developed countries for references.
