大学生创业现状调查及对策研究——以无锡商业职业技术学院艺术设计学院为例

Survey and Countermeasures of College Students' Business Startup:Taking Academy of Art Design in Wuxi Institute of Commerce as an Example

针对大学生创业难的问题,无锡商业职业技术学院艺术设计学院对本学院09级和10级学生进行了抽样调查,调查结果表明:多数大学生都认识到大学生创业的重要性,但准备创业或真正创业的却凤毛麟角。究其原因,多数同学认为创业风险较高、成本较高,所以创业运作成功概率不会高。那么,作为大学生创业教育推动者———高校应该采取什么措施,才能改变目前这种状况呢?高校首先应该转变大学生转变就业观念,改善大学生创业环境,鼓励同学积极做好创业准备。

With regard to the difficulty of college students＇ business startup, the Academy of Art Design in Wuxi Institute of Commerce has made a survey on its students grading 2009 and 2010 respectively. The survey shows that most students realize the importance of business startup but rare carry out. The reason is that most students believe business startup has high risk and great cost and conclude that their chance to succeed is rather slim. What should colleges, as the propellant of college students＇ business startup, do to change this situation？ The colleges should first change students＇ concept, then improve the startup environment, and at last encourage students to get ready for their business startup.
