广州市某三级甲等医院护理人力资源配置模型的构建 被引量:4

摘要 目的构建广州市三级甲等医院住院病区护理人力资源预算模型,为院内护理人力资源的动态优化配置提供依据。方法测量12个住院病区24 h实际护理工作量,计算出各病区基础人力资源配置标准。将数据输入计算机,利用Excel软件建立护理工时与护理人数配置相对应的预算模型,根据护理工时的变化动态配置人力资源。结果呼吸内科及神经外科Ⅰ区的每例病人日均护理总工时较高,神经内科Ⅰ区及心胸外科每例病人日均护理总工时较低;各病区护理人力资源需求各不相同,呈动态变化。配置系数则相对稳定,可根据该系数进行动态的护理人力资源配置优化。结论运用护理人力资源预算模型,基于护理工时在病区间及病区内部进行动态、合理的快速协调配置,可适应变化中的病人护理需求,改善护理质量。 Objective To construct a model of nursing human resource allocation in the general hospital in Guangzhou and to provide the basis for dynamic management of nursing human resources. Methods After the investigation of the workload of nurses, the basic allocation standard of each ward was established and then a model of nursing human resources allocation based on workload and nursing human resource was constructed with Excel. Results Different wards required different numbers of nurses and the coefficient of allocation was marked by invariablenes. Nursing human resources could be adjusted via the coefficient of allocation. Conclusion For the improvement of nursing service quality, it is very significant to adopt dynamic allocation of nursing human resources in the general hospital.
