Great achievements on party construction work in private enterprise have being obtained in less than 20 years＇ development.But,as a groundbreaking work,the party construction work of private enterprise still faces a series of challenges on theoretical and practical problems.The party construction work of many private enterprises falls into a difficult situation,for example such as organizing ineffectively,authority being falsified,etc.Yuandong Holding Co.,Ltd which continues 21 years of high speed development,its 19th experiences of party construction work is a demonstration on witness and achievements of private enterprise＇ party construction theory and practice.Its successful experience shows that a thorough understanding in the rationality of private enterprises＇ party construction,private entrepreneurs＇ communist beliefs,the supportive culture system in private enterprises and in social,and innovation methods of party construction work,are the essential conditions to establish the leadership of the Communist Party of China in Private enterprises.
