摘要 多光谱多光轴设备光轴平行性校准装置用于多传感器小型光电测量设备中各探测单元探测光轴平行性的标定和测量,同时具有提供无穷远目标的功能。本文所研制的多光谱多光轴设备校准装置采用卡塞格林反射式平行光管结构,有效通光口径φ350mm,可对可见光系统、中波红外系统、长波红外系统及激光测距系统进行光轴平行性的测量,测量精度优于5″。 Parallelism calibration apparatuses equipped with muhispectral and multi axial system are extensively used for the calibration and measurement of parallelism among detection units in the small multi-sensor photoelectric measurement equipment, meanwhile provide infinite targets for detection units. A sort of multispectral and multi axial calibration apparatus with Cassegrain reflective collimator are researched, its effective aperture is φ350 mm, may measure the optical-axis parallelism among visible light system, middle infrared system, long wave infrared system and laser distance measuring system, measuring accuracy is better than 5".
