摘要 为了寻找一种对餐厨垃圾进行无害化、资源化的处理工艺,在调查研究分析国内外各种技术的基础上,采用高温蒸煮消毒、微生物固一液发酵等综合处理的工艺将餐厨垃圾中的油生产生物柴油、水中水回用或排放、微生物发酵产生沼气、沼渣转化成为高蛋白饲料或生物肥料。从而真正的实现了餐饮垃圾的无害化、资源化、减量化,并将大大推动社会、经济和生态各方面的可持续发展。 In order to look for a safety and recycling process of the food residue, on the basis of investigating and analyzing various of national and international technologies, the comprehensive treatment process was studied by high temperature cooking disinfection, microbial solid-liquid fermentation with which can produce biodiesel from the oil in the food residue, water can be recycling or discharged, solid produced methane by microbial fermentation, and the biogas residue can be transformed into the high protein feed or biological fertilizer. This process really realized the harmlessness, resources and recycling, and will greatly promote all aspects of the social, economic and ecological sustainable development.
