摘要 为了寻求络合废水pH值为6~8时破络合效果较好的氧化剂,优化高浓度络合物的电镀废水处理工艺,通过试验对络合废水处理工艺条件进行了优化研究。试验结果表明,络合废水pH值为6~8时,双氧水的氧化破络效果较好。处理工艺最佳条件组合:双氧水投加量为0.34 mL/L,破络时间为40 min,之后调节pH值到10.5,硫化钠投加量为250 mg/L。利用双氧水破络,在上述参数下运行,对工程指导意义重大。 In order to find a proper oxidant which can get good decomplexation effect when treating complex wastewater with a pH of 6 - 8, and to optimize the technology for high concentration complex electro- plating wastewater treatment, the process condition of complex wastewater treatment was studied through the test. The results showed that, when the pH value of the complex wastewater was in the range of 6 - 8, the oxidation decomplexation performance of H2O2 was better. The optimal process condition was as follows: the dosage of H2O2 and Na2S were 0.34 mL/L and 250 mg/L respectively, the decomplexation time was 40 min, the pH value was 10.5. The above parameters have directive significance to the projects using H2O2 as decomnlexation agent.
