摘要
以印染废水生物处理推流式曝气池中的好氧活性污泥为研究对象,采用污泥沉降比(SV)、污泥浓度(MLSS)、污泥容积指数(SVI)等常规指标检测活性污泥的性质,并与ATP法和TTC-脱氢酶活性法进行了对比。通过比较得出各种方法的适用范围和条件,结果表明:当活性污泥的SV和SVI值变化时,用ATP法能更加准确地反映活性污泥的实际代谢状态;当活性污泥的MLSS和pH值变化时,用TTC-脱氢酶活性法检测更加准确可靠。
With the aerobic activated sludge in the plug-flow aeration tank which was applied for biological treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater as the research object, the property of the activated sludge was detected through studying the conventional parameters such as SV, MLSS, SVI and so on, and then, the detection results were compared with that by ATP method and TTC-dehydrogenase activity method. The applicable scope and conditions of those above methods were determined through the comparison test. The results showed that: when the SV and SVI value changes, ATP method could more accurately; when the MLSS and pH value changes, reflect the actual metabolic state of the activated sludge using TFC-dehydrogenase activity method to detect the property of the activated sludge was more accurate and reliable.
