脊柱侧凸术后夹闭引流管对引流量影响的观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察脊柱侧凸术后暂时夹闭引流管对伤口引流量的影响,旨在进一步了解该方法的临床效果。方法我科自2008年1月至2010年12月采用后路钉棒系统矫形固定、椎板小关节处植骨,而未进行截骨矫形治疗74例特发性脊柱侧凸患者,其中引流管暂时夹闭组(实验组)38例,术后持续引流组(对照组)36例,观察其术后伤口引流量、输血量、血红蛋白变化,并进行统计学分析。结果实验组在术后伤口引流量及输血量方面较对照组明显降低。结论脊柱侧凸术后暂时夹闭引流管是一种有效的方法,可以减少术后引流量,减少临床用血,值得临床推广与应用。
