摘要 一般认为单纯性髌股关节骨关节炎在人群发病率为5%左右,发病年龄大多在40~50岁。髌股关节骨关节炎是引起膝前疼痛的主要原因之一,中年以上人群尤其是女性患病率高,患者表现为上下楼及下蹲困难,并伴有屈膝位疼痛,关节镜检查发现髌骨及股骨滑车软骨退变、
