Optimal Design of Constant Stress Accelerated Life Test with Type Ⅱ Censored Based on Weibull Distribution

在Weibull分布下对定数截尾的恒定应力加速寿命试验作了讨论,利用一个引理在大样本下得到了样品的对数p分位寿命极大似然估计的渐进方差的简单表达式.通过最小化渐进方差得到了试验的最优设计,最后给出一个数值例子说明了最优设计的过程.

In this paper, a constant stress accelerated life test with type Ⅱ censored, which based on weibull distribution, is discussed. On the basis of large sample theory, a simplified expression of asymptotic variance of the MLE of the log - 100pth percentile of the distribution at the design stress is presented by using a lemma. The optimal test plan is obtained by minimizing the asymptotic variance. Finally, a numerical example is presented to illustrate the procedures of the test plan.
