Src介导NEDD4-1在调控胶质瘤U251细胞侵袭性作用中的研究

摘要 胶质瘤是主要的颅内肿瘤之一,其预后不佳。探讨胶质瘤发生过程中增殖、侵袭的的分子病因学机制,以寻找相应的治疗靶点是临床和科研工作中的迫切需求[1]。黏着斑激酶（FAK）的激活,是肿瘤发生侵袭的重要机制,FAK通过增强整合素和生长因子介导的Ras-MAPK的通路活性,
