CyclinB1、Ki-67在脑胶质瘤中的表达意义研究
摘要
肿瘤增殖活性的检测对于判断肿瘤的恶性程度,预见其生物学活性,评估预后及选择适当的治疗措施很重要,Ki-67是一种与细胞增殖密切相关的核抗原,存在于细胞周期G1后期、S、G2、M期,是应用最广泛的增殖细胞标记之一。CyclinB1已有报道多种肿瘤都出现高表达,促进生长控制的缺失,
