小肠血管源性肿瘤和血管畸形致消化道出血8例报告 被引量：2

摘要 小肠出血约占消化道出血3%-5%[1],小肠血管源性肿瘤和小肠血管畸形所致消化道出血更是临床少见病,由于临床表现缺乏特异性,加之检查手段的局限等,临床诊断特别是定位诊断困难,治疗棘手。
