摘要
分析了一种新型弯晶谱仪的调节机构,对其内部结构以及调节传动原理做了清晰的介绍。为了精确量化调节输入端输入量与输出端位置变化的关系,文中结合经典机器人学运动理论,给出了此调节机构在调节过程中的运动坐标变换形式。最后结合一组实际数据,利用简化了的调节输入量计算方法确定出需要输入的调节量,并验证了这种简化了的输入量确定方法的可行性。
The governing mechanism of a new developed curved crystal spectrometer is analysed, Its internal structure and adjusting transmis- sion principle are introduced. In order to accurately quantified the relationship of the adjust inputs and outputs, the form of motion coordinate transform is given using the classic robotics motion theory. Finally, combined with a group of practical data, the actual input variables is calculated based on the simplified calculation methods, with the feasibility of this method validate.
