摘要
采用热重分析仪测试废麻纺织品并获得制备过程的TG-DTG曲线,发现废弃麻纺织品在不同的升温速率下热解,具有一致的失重过程演化趋势。采用准一级和准二级吸附动力学模型分析实验数据,F2模型的拟合效果最好,线性相关性可达0.988 8。废麻纺品在升温速率分别为5℃.min-1、10℃.min-1、15℃.min-1条件下的热解,采用二级化学反应模型分析,得线性相关系数分别为0.988 8、0.976 4、0.935 6。最终确定其热解过程符合二级化学反应模型。
Thermo Gravimetric Analyzer was adopted to test the linen fabric waste and depict the curve of TG-DTG in the process, and it suggests that linen fabric waste go through a consistent trend of the wei ferent heating rates of pyrolysis. The adsorption isotherms match the adsorption kinetics, and the loss process at difadsorption kinetics was found to follow the psedo-second-order kinetic models. Linen goods waste being heated at the rates of 5 ℃·min^-1mm , 10℃·min^-1, 15 ℃·min^-1 under the conditions of pyrolysis, its linear correlation coefficients were 0. 988 8,0. 976 4,0. 935 6 under the second order chemical reaction model. Therefore, it turns out that thermal decomposition process match the second order chemical reaction model.
