蓝光聚芳醚的合成、光物理及电致发光性能

摘要 通过缩聚反应合成了一种含有高效浅蓝光荧光团(2,7-二[4'-二苯胺基苯乙烯基]芴)为侧链的电致发光聚芳醚高分子(PDDPAVF),系统研究了其溶解性、热稳定性、电化学性能、光物理性能和电致发光性能等。结果表明,通过将浅蓝光发射的PDDPAVF与深蓝光发射聚芳醚物理共混,可以实现从深蓝光发射聚芳醚到PDDPAVF的高效能量转移,有效的抑制了PDDPAVF分子间的聚集效应,同时显著提高了电致发光器件的效率。随着共混体系中PDDPAVF含量的增加,电致发光光谱红移,电致发光效率逐渐增加。 A novel poly(aryl ether)(PDDPAVF) containing blue unit in the side chains by a facile,metal-free condensation polymerization were synthesized.The polymer's solubility,thermal stability,electrochemical properties,photophysical properties and electroluminescent properties,etc.were studied.By blending PDDPAVF with a deep blue poly(aryl ether),efficient energy transfer from the deep blue poly(aryl ether) to PDDPAVF can be realized,and intermolecular aggregation of PDDPAVF are suppressed effectively.Single-layer polymer light-emitting diodes(ITO/(PEDOT∶PSS)/polymer/Ca/Al) based on the polymer blends exhibit significantly improving of the device efficiency.When the PDDPAVF content increases,the electroluminescent(EL) spectra are red shifted,and the EL efficiencies increase gradually.
