微量稀土元素对Sn57Bi1Ag焊料合金组织与性能的影响

Effect of Rare Earth Elements on Microstructure and Properties of Sn57Bi1Ag Lead-free Solder Alloy

摘要 研究微量稀土元素对Sn57Bi1Ag无铅焊料合金显微组织以及性能的影响。结果表明,当稀土含量为0.05%~0.5%(质量分数)时,对该无铅焊料合金的导电性和腐蚀性影响不大,但使熔化区间温度降低;可以提高焊料合金的力学性能,提高焊料的铺展面积,细化组织。比较Ce、Er、Y三种稀土元素对焊料合金的影响,发现Er元素可以更好地提高焊料合金的综合性能,Ce次之。 Trace rare earth elements were added into Sn57Bi1Ag solder to investigate the effect of rare earth on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Sn57Bi1Ag solder.The results show that,when rare earth elements content(mass fraction) is within 0.05% to 0.5%,the rare earth elements have a slight effect on the resistivity and corrosion,and lower the melting range.With the increase of the content,the strength is higher,the spreading area is bigger,the microstructure of the solder is refined.To compare with Ce,Er,Y,the solder with the addition of trace rare earth Er can refine the microstructure and further promote the properties.
