The Synchronizing Process Control in Shifting Without Clutch Disengagement of AMT for a Parallel Hybrid Electric Vehicle

摘要 以使用AMT的单轴并联混合动力系统为对象,对其采取的无离合器换挡策略中同步器同步过程控制进行研究。对换挡过程进行动力学分析,得出能代表此过程控制品质的评价因子,制定了基于模糊推理的同步器同步过程控制策略。最后进行MATLAB/CRUISE联合仿真试验,结果表明,该控制策略能有效减小同步器接合冲击度和滑摩功率。 The synchronizing process control of synchronizer in the strategy of shifting without clutch disengagement adopted in a single-axis parallel hybrid electric vehicle using AMT is studied.Then a dynamics analysis on shifting process is performed with some evaluating factors representing the control quality of shifting process obtained,and the control strategy of synchronizing process of synchronizer is worked out based on fuzzy inference.Finally a Matlab/Cruise co-simulation test is conducted with a result showing that the control strategy can effectively reduce the engagement jerk and slipping friction power of synchronizer.
