2型糖尿病视网膜病变中医证型研究

TCM Syndrome Research on Diabetic Retinopathy in Type 2 Diabetes

目的:通过研究糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的中医证候特点,探讨DR发生的主要病理因素,以及与脏腑病变的内在关系,为DR的早期预防及治疗提供新的客观依据。方法:对确诊为2型糖尿病的115例患者进行脏腑辨证分型,同时进行眼部检查,确定其是否存在DR及病变程度,进而分析DR患者的中医证候规律。结果:DR患者的脾肾阳虚证型明显高于其他证型,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:糖尿病患者临床表现为脾肾阳虚证者与DR关系最为密切。

Objective ：To study the main TCM syndromes characteristics of diabetic retinopathy （DR）, and in- vestigate the main pathological factors on the occurrence of DR, as well as the inherent relationship between the disease and entrails to provide a new objective basisfor early prevention and treatment of DR. Method： 115 cases with the final diagnosis of type 2 diabetes were analyzed and classified with syndrome differentiation of zang -fu, and were given to do eye examination to determine the existence of DR and its severity, and then the regular pat- terns of TCM syndrome were summarized. Result： Among DR patients, syndrome of asthenic spleen and kidney＇ s yang were higher than other syndromes markedly, and there was very significant difference between them （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： Diabetic patients＇ clinical manifestation of asthenic spleen and kidney＇ s yang was mostly related to the onset of diabetic retinopathy （DR）.
