肺纤方治疗特发性肺纤维化临床观察

Clinical Observation of Formula for Lung Fibrosis on Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis

目的:观察肺纤方对特发性肺纤维化(IPF)患者的临床疗效。方法:对54例IPF患者除常规抗感染及吸氧等基本治疗外,分组采用糖皮质激素和肺纤方治疗。2个月为1个疗程,比较两组患者治疗前及治疗后症状、化验结果、胸部影像学等指标的变化。结果:治疗组显效17例,有效10例,无效4例,总有效率为87.1%(95%CI=75.3%～98.9%);对照组显效5例,有效5例,无效13例,总有效率为43.5%(95%CI=23.2%～63.8%);两组综合疗效比较(u=3.053 7),P=0.004 0;治疗组ESR、ALT、AST均较对照组降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),且可以明显改善肺部X线改变。结论:肺纤方治疗特发性肺纤维化(IPF)临床疗效优于糖皮质激素,其收益为OR=0.11(95%CI=0.03～0.43),NNT=2(95%CI=1.46～5.39)。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of Formula for Lung Fibrosis on idiopathic pulmonary fibro- sis（IPF）. Methods：54 cases with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis（IPF） were divided into two groups randomly. They were all treated with routine anti - infection and oxygen therapy. And at the same time the cases in treatment group were treated with Formula for Lung Fibrosis, and the ones in control group were treated with glucocorticoid. One treatment course included, 2 months. Then the symptoms, chemical examination and chest imageology were observed and comtrasted before and after treatment. Results：In treatment group 17 cases were excellent, 10 ones effective, and 4 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 87. 1% （95% CI =75.3% ~98.9% ）. In control group 5 cases were excellent,5 ones effective ,and 13 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 43.5% （95% CI = 23.2% ~ 63.8% ）. There was significant difference between the two groups （ u = 3.053 7, P = 0. 004 0）. And ESR, ALT and AST were decreased in treatment group than those in control group （P 〈0. 05 or P 〈0. 01 ）. And chest imageology was improved markedly. Conclusion：Formula for Lung Fibrosis has better effect on idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis than glucocorticoid.
