摘要
应用Nissl(尼氏)、H-E染色对牛蛙(Rana catesbeiana)、扬子鳄(Alligator sinensis)、巴西龟(Trachemysscripta)、长鬣蜥(Physignathus cocincinus)和家鹅(Anser domestica)脊髓进行了组织学和参数测量比较。5种动物脊髓结构一致,中央管室管膜细胞均为假复层柱状上皮样细胞;但脊髓腹侧角大型运动神经元直径及中央管厚度存在较明显的种间差异。牛蛙的大型运动神经元直径最大(24.58±6.42μm),巴西龟大型运动神经元直径最小(6.70±1.44μm);在室管膜厚度方面扬子鳄中央管室管膜最厚(27.48±10.51μm),家鹅次之(24.84±7.09μm),其它3种动物的室管膜厚度要远小于这2种动物。5种动物在大型运动神经元直径及中央管厚度之间的差异,表明物种越高等,其脊髓细胞分化越高。
The histological parameters of the spinal cord of Rana catesbeiana, Alligator sinensis, Trachemys scripta, Physignathus cocincinus and Anser domestica were studied by H-E staining and Nissl staining methods. Results showed that the histological structures of the spinal cords of five species are similar and the ependymal cells of spinal central canals in five species are all pseudostratified columnar epithelium cells; but large motor neuron diameters and spinal central canal thicknesses in five species are significantly different for different species. Generally, the large motor neuron diameter of Rana catesbeiana is the largest one(24.58±6.42μm), while Trachemys scripta is the smallest(6.70±1.44μm); the spinal ependymal thickness of Alligator sinensis is the thickest(27.48±10.51μm), and Anser domestica(24.84±7.09μm) is thinner than new-hatching Alligator sinensis, while the spinal central canal ependymal thicknesses of the other three speices are evidently thinner than above-mentioned two species.
