摘要
南方红豆杉(Taxus chinensis var. mairei)是中国特有的国家一级保护植物。2009-2010年采用2年龄实生苗为采条母株进行室内盆栽扦插试验研究,结果表明:珍珠岩和河沙两种基质相比较,珍珠岩上生根率显著高于河沙,是更佳选择;用市售的"花语牌"快速促根剂配制成5、10、15、2 0mg/mL 4个浓度分别处理插穗基部并以蒸馏水作对照发现,10 mg/mL、15 mg/mL处理有利于生长,15 mg/mL处理后生根率显著高于5 mg/mL、10 mg/mL、20 mg/mL及对照。再以同一浓度生根粉分别浸泡4 h、8 h、10 h作对比发现,8 h和10 h处理后生长效果较好,10 h的生根率显著高于4 h、8 h。
Taxus chinensis var. mairei is a plant species endemic to China and designated very early as the first class of protected plant at national level. In the present study the experiments on indoor potted culture of the cutting branches in 2-year's seedlings of Taxus chinensis var. mairei were conducted in the years between 2009-2010. The results showed that the pearl rock as nutrient media was much better for promoting the roofing rate than the sand. Treated with commercially available "florid" brand of rooting powder of four c0ncentrations,i.e. 5,10,15,20 mg/mL and distilled water as control, it was found that the treatments of 10 mg/mL, 15 mg/mL were conducive to growth of the base of cuttings, among which the treatment of 15 mg/mL was the most effective for increasing the rooting rate. When the base of cuttings were then soaked in the same concentration's rooting powder for the length of 4h, 8h, 10h, seperately, it was found that 8h and 10h were more beneficial to growth of the base of cuttings, with 10h being the most optimal choice of time length.
