摘要
综合服务型烟农专业合作社(以下简称"综合社")是烟草生产的新型组织形式,对推动现代烟草农业发展、提高烟农收入具有重要的作用。文章针对各烟区的特点,设计了3种综合社的运行模式,并对每种模式的特点、具体运作机制、适用条件等进行了较详细的阐述,以供各烟区有选择地参照建设。
The integrated service-oriented tobacco farmer cooperative is a new organizational form of tobacco production, which takes important role in promotion of tobacco agriculture development and improving farmers＇ income. Aimed at characteristics of tobacco zones, three operating modes were designed. Characteristics, specific mechanism and the suitable conditions of each model were described in detail in the paper, which provid references for the tobacco zone construction.
