预拌砂浆的抗裂性能及评价方法研究

Study on Cracking Resistance Performance and Evaluation Method of Ready-mixed Mortars

预拌砂浆是一种新型建筑材料。预拌砂浆的开裂可能会影响建筑的正常使用。因此,对预拌砂浆的开裂行为分析和研究是重要的。本文采用新型带隔板环形约束试验装置,通过不同预拌砂浆对比试验,研究预拌砂浆的抗裂性能,提出评价砂浆抗裂性能的5个参数:K1、t1、Ft、D和F7,建立了预拌砂浆的抗裂性能评价体系。

Ready-mixed mortar is a new building material.Cracks will appear in ready-mixed mortars,which will affect the regular service of buildings.Therefore,the study on the cracking of ready-mixed mortar is very important.In this paper,the experimental device,namely a new type restrained ring with a partition,is used.By comparative tests,the cracking resistant Behavior of ready-mixed mortars has Been investigated,and five parameters：K1、t1、Ft、D and F7,which can evaluate the cracking resistant Behavior of ready-mixed mortars,are proposed,and an evaluation system of cracking resistance of ready-mixed mortars has Been established.
