摘要
研制了一种加工0.9~6mm的微小孔深孔钻床,进行了钻杆箱上电主轴设计、非接触型动密封设计、导向架设计。重点提出了适合于高速(20 000r/min)、高压(16MPa)运转的非接触型动密封设计,采用螺旋密封和迷宫密封,进行了原理和结构分析,也进行了泄漏量的计算。该产品具有良好的应用前景。
Developed a drilling machine that can machine Ф0.9-6 mm micro deep hole, designed the drill-bar box on the motorized spindle unit design, non-contact dynamic seal design, guide frame design. Mainly proposed high-speed (20 000r/ min), high pressure (16 MPa) operation of non-contact dynamic seal design with a spiral seal and labyrinth seal, for the principle and structure analysis, also carried out the calculation of leakage. The products have a good application prospect.
