铜蓝蛋白(ceruloplasmin,Cp)是一种多铜氧化酶及抗氧化剂。Cp不仅在维持机体铜与铁等微量元素的平衡中起着重要的作用,其相关功能及疾病研究也有重要意义。目前大多数学者只对铜蓝蛋白是否能作为各种临床疾病的指标作了研究,但对其分子机制的研究仍较少。本文对铜蓝蛋白基因的结构、组织表达,铜蓝蛋白及同系亚铁氧化酶家族铜、铁原子代谢,抗氧化作用及其相关疾病的最新研究进行综述。

Ceruloplasmin（Cp） is a kind of blue multi-copper oxidase and antioxidant enzymes. Cp plays an important role in maintaining the metabolic balance of microelements iron and copper of the well-being. It is also critical in its relevant functions and diseases research. Most experts only commit in the study on whether Cp can serve as indicators of a variety of clinical diseases, but spare very little efforts on the research of its molecular mechanism. This research is to summarize the fundamental generic structure and tissue formula, copper-protein, homologue ferrous oxidation, ferric metabolism, anti-oxidation as well as the latest research of Cp.
