摘要
随着纳米技术在世界范围内的迅速发展,纳米颗粒在生产生活中运用越来越普遍,其中纳米二氧化硅材料广泛运用于生物医学领域,特殊的理化特性导致其对机体的毒理作用也与常规材料不尽相同。国内外研究显示纳米二氧化硅对机体的毒作用机制主要有氧化损伤及炎症反应、影响细胞凋亡改变细胞周期、细胞膜毒性以及DNA损伤几个方面,本文将从以上几个方面进行综述。
With the rapid development of nanometer technology around the world, nanoparticles are widely applied in production and daily lives, esp. with nano-SiO2 material widely used in biomedical fields. Its special physicochemical properties make it very different from the conventional materials in toxicological effect upon organism. The domestic and foreign researches have shown the toxic characteristics of nano-SiO2 upon mechanism mainly include oxidative damage and inflammation, the impact on cell apoptosis and the cell cycle, membrane toxicity and DNA damage, etc. This paper will make a revision concerning these aspects.
