摘要
患者男，37岁，因发作性软瘫伴消瘦、乏力，皮肤瘙痒1个月于2010年5月25日于外院内分泌科就诊，查体：眼突（＋／-），手抖（＋＋），甲状腺Ⅰ度肿大，质地软，无触痛，未及结节，心率104次／min，心房扑动，未闻及病理性杂音。
