深低温停循环主动脉外科手术期间脊髓缺血性损伤的监测 被引量:1

摘要 深低温停循环(DHCA)是一项用于主动脉弓和大血管外科手术包括胸腹主动脉、脑血管、下腔静脉等血管修复的技术。DHCA是在体外循环的基础上,为满足手术的要求,中心体温降至18~22℃,心脏停搏,手术关键部分完成后恢复心跳,最后复温至正常体温的一种心血管手术技术。
