腹腔镜治疗阑尾周围脓肿(附42例分析)

Application of laparoscopy in the treatment of periappendiceal abscess:a report of 42 cases

目的:探讨应用腹腔镜治疗阑尾周围脓肿的可行性和疗效。方法:回顾性分析为42例患者施行腹腔镜治疗阑尾周围脓肿手术的临床资料。结果:42例均成功完成腹腔镜手术,无中转开腹手术者。手术平均(45±20)min,平均住院(9±1)d。术后除2例发生粘连性肠梗阻外,其余术后随访无并发症发生。结论:根据患者病情采取针对性手术方式,应用腹腔镜处理阑尾周围脓肿可取得良好的临床效果。

Objective To investigate the feasibility and advantage of laparoscopy in the treatment of periappendiceal abscess.Methods The clinical data of 42 patients who underwent laparoscopic periappendiceal abscess surgery were retrospectively analyzed.Results 42 laparoscopic procedures were successfully performed.The average operative time was(45±20)min,and the average hospital stay was(9±1)d.In addition to adhesive intestinal obstruction in 2 patients,no complications such as hemorrhage,incision infection,inflammation of appendix stump,stump leakage or abdominal residual abscess occurred.Conclusion The therapeutic strategy should be made personally.Laparoscopic treatment of periappendiceal abscess in time could get satisfying clinical effect.
