摘要
通过对我国上海、江苏等地服装企业员工进行问卷调研,探析生产型服装企业体面劳动现状及员工对体面劳动的认知、满意度和重视度评价.采用最优尺度回归方法建立体面劳动认同度方程,通过统计分析为服装业体面劳动评价及改进的实现提供参考和理论支持,从而促进我国劳动力市场人力资源结构的合理配置及劳资关系的稳定.
Questionnaire surveys are conducted in apparel factories in Shanghai and Jiangsu to figure out the situation and workers' recognition and attitudes towards decent work in apparel processing enterprises. The identity evaluation equation on decent work of apparel workers is established by optimal scale regression and provides reference and theoretical support for realizing the evaluation and improvement of apparel workers' decent work, so as to facilitate the rational distribution of Chinese labor market resource structure and the stability of the labor relations.
