摘要
在铜钨合金触头制造过程中,钨(坯)骨架成形工序非常重要。当铜钨合金设计长度大于100 mm(较长压坯)时,钨骨架的成形就会遇到困难。本研究通过实例对较长长条形钨骨架成形进行分析,提出了有效的解决办法。
The forming process of tungsten framework is very important in manufacturing Cu-W contact and in particular when the design length of Cu-W alloy framework is longer than lOOmm, the forming is difficult. An effective measure was proposed based on an analysis of the shaping of the framework.
