“通脱法”针刺治疗周围性面瘫临床观察

Clinical Observations on Unblocking and Invigorating Acupuncture Treatment for Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的观察"通脱法"针刺治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法将119例周围性面瘫患者利用最小化法随机分为治疗组和对照组,在基础治疗上,治疗组采用"通脱法"针刺治疗,对照组采用普通针刺法。治疗6星期后评定两组的神经功能评分并加以比较。结果神经定位在鼓索以上者,治疗组治疗6星期后神经功能评分与对照组比较,P<0.01;治疗前评分≤75分者,治疗组治疗6星期后神经功能评分与对照组比较,P<0.01;定位在鼓索以下者或评分>75分者,两组经治疗后评分比较,P>0.05。结论 "通脱法"针刺治疗周围性面瘫,对面神经损伤节段较高,病情较重者较普通针刺法有明显优势。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of unblocking and invigorating acupuncture in treating peripheral facial paralysis. Methods One hundred and nineteen patients with peripheral facial paralysis were randomly allocated, using a minimization method, to treatment and control groups. In addition to basic treatment, the treatment group received unblocking and invigorating acupuncture and the control group, cortventional acupuncture. The nerve function was scored in the two groups after 6 weeks of treatment and the scores were compared between them. Results After 6 weeks of treatment, there was a statistically significant difference in the nerve function score between the treatment and control groups of patients with the neuroanatomical location above the tympanic cord and of patients with the pre-treatment score≤75 （both P〈0.01）. There was no statistically significant difference in the post-treatment score between the two groups of patients with the neuroanatomical location below the tympanic cord or the pre-treatment score〉75 （P〉0.05）： Conclusion Unblocking and invigorating acupuncture is clearly superior to conventional acupuncture in treating peripheral facial paralysis due to higher-segment facial nerve injury and in severer condition.
