温针配合立体动态干扰电治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Warm Needling plus Dimensional-dynamic Electric Treatment for Cervical Spondylosis of Nerve-root Type

目的观察温针配合立体动态干扰电疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法对210例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为温针配合立体动态干扰电治疗(治疗组)108例和普通针刺及拔罐治疗(对照组)102例,治疗2个疗程后进行颈椎活动度评定和疗效评价。结果治疗组总有效率(92.6%)优于对照组(82.4%)(P<0.01)。结论 温针配合立体动态干扰电疗法治疗能有效提高神经根型颈椎病的疗效。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the combination of warm needling therapy and dimensional-dynamic electric treatment in treating cervical spondylosis of nerve-root type. Method A total of 210 patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve-root type were randomized into a treatment group （n=108） managed by warm needling and dimensional-dynamic electric treatment, and a control group （n=102） intervened by ordinary needling and cupping therapy. The cervical movement and therapeutic effect were evaluated after 2 treatment courses. Result The total effective rate of the treatment group （92.6%） was significantly superior to that of the control group （82.4%） （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The combination of warm needling and dimensional-dynamic electric treatment can effectively increase the therapeutic effect in treating cervical spondylosis of nerve-root type.
