分组PBL带教模式在针灸推拿临床教学中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨分组PBL带教模式在针灸推拿临床教学中的应用。方法根据上海市第六人民医院针推伤科组织结构特点,将本科实习同学分阶段在"门诊部"和"住院部"进行PBL带教,并与传统实习带教方法进行比较。结果分组PBL带教保证了针灸推拿教学计划的实施,增强了科室对同学工作和学习的管理,提高了同学的临床工作能力和学习能力。结论 "门诊部"和"住院部"有着各自的特点和工作要求,在有限时间内对本科同学进行分组分阶段的PBL教学,与传统师生"一对一"教学方法比较有着很大的优越性,更符合临床教学实际,将对临床教学的深化改革起到参考和借鉴作用。 Objective To discuss the application of problem-based learning (PBL) in the study of acupuncture and tuina therapy. Methods According to the structure of the Department of Acupuncture and Traumatology of Shanghai No.6 People's Hospital, the interns were taught by PBL group teaching method in the outpatient and inpatient department in stages. It was compared with the traditional teaching method. Result PBL group teaching method guaranteed the application of the teaching schedule of acupuncture and tuina therapy, consolidated the management of the work and study of the interns, and also enhanced their ability in work and study. Conclusion The outpatient and inpatient department respectively have their own features and requirements. Compared with the traditional teaching method of "one versus one" type, PBL group teaching method has a grand advantage. It is more suitable to the clinical teaching environment, and provides a reference and example for the further reformation of clinical teaching.
