罗汉果研究综述

Research advances on Siraitia grosvenorii

综述了罗汉果的生境、地理分布、主栽品种、繁殖技术、化学成分、药理作用和资源开发利用方面的研究成果。指出目前罗汉果研究中存在的不足,并提出挖掘良种资源,扩大罗汉果栽培面积;加强罗汉果抗病植株的筛选和罗汉果病害研究,培育抗病虫品种;运用多倍体育种技术开发甜苷含量和整果利用率高的多倍体无籽罗汉果新品种等建议。

The present paper reviewed the habitat,geographical distribution,main planting varieties,propagation technology,chemical constituents,pharmacological properties,resource development and utilization of Siraitia grosvenorii.This review analyzed the shortcomings in the process of research and development on Siraitia grosvenorii.Some suggestions have been recommended,which included exploring improved varieties of Siraitia grosvenorii,expansion of its planting area,strengthening the research on the disease of Siraitia grosvenorii and screening and cultivating Siraitia grosvenorii varieties with disease and pest resistance,breeding new polyploid seedless Siraitia grosvenorii varieties with high mogroside content,and high utilization rate of full fruit by using polyploidy breeding technology.
