小功率并网逆变器驱动电路设计

摘要 并网逆变器作为分布式发电系统中的重要设备之一,其驱动电路的设计尤为重要。针对并网逆变器中对驱动电路的实际要求,提出了一种由分立元件组成的高性能驱动电路设计方案。实验结果表明,该驱动电路结构简单、安全可靠,同时具备良好的驱动性能,完全满足并网逆变器主电路的驱动要求,具有较强的实际应用价值。 Grid-connected inverter as one of the most important equipment in distributed generation system, the design of drive circuit which become particularly important. Due to the practical requirements of the drive circuit for grid-connected inverter, it presented a design of high-performance drive circuit which consisted of discrete elements. The result of experimentation shows that the drive circuit with the simple construction, safety and reliability, also which has good actuating characteristic and fuUy meet the drive requirements of grid-connected inverter main circuit, and it has a strong practical value.
