制粒环模型孔磨损前后的受力分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过对失效的环模型孔形貌进行观测,发现磨损后的型孔倒角类似于一个z>0时的单叶双曲面,建立磨损后型孔倒角处的空间曲面模型,对其进行微元分析从而得出了磨损后环模型孔挤出力与摩擦力的关系,即当比例常数k∈[0.37,0.64]时,制粒条件不全被破坏. The failure of circular mould is the main factor that effecting the life of pelletizer and increasing the cost of production.Through the observation on the morphology of failure model hole of circular mould,we discovered a model hole after wearing similar to a hyperboloid.Thus the space surface model that approximate to the model hole that after wearing was established.And the infinitesimal analysis was carried out to get the relationship of extrusion force and friction for model hole after wearing of circular mould.It's very important to study the failure mechanism and improve the utilization rate of circular mould.
