含氟低表面能ABS树脂的结构与性能 被引量:1

Structure and Properties of Low Surface Tensile ABS Resin

摘要 甲基丙烯酸(2,4-二三氟甲基)十二氟戊酯(FA)接枝聚丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)得到一种新型树脂,用红外光谱(FT-IR)和光电子能谱(XPS)证实了产物反应结合的结构。文中同时研究了产物的表面性能和热性能。结果表明,甲基丙烯酸(2,4-二三氟甲基)十二氟戊酯的加入量控制在6phr时,接枝率为11.8%,所得产物的表面能较ABS可以有明显降低,达到20×10-3J/m2左右,有极高的疏水、驱油和抗污染性能,而玻璃化转变温度(Tg)变化不明显。 A resin was prepared by 2,3,4,5,5,5-(2,4-ditrifluoromethyl) dodecafluoroamyl methacrylate(FA) grafted acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS) resin.The structure of FA-g-ABS was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).At the same time,the surface tensile,thermal properties of the grafted composite were studied.It is found that the surface tensile of FA-g-ABS,which reaches around 20×10-3(J/m2),is observably lower than of pure ABS when the FA concentration is controlled within 6phr(grafting degree=11.8%).There are also a great deal merits of the composite such as hydrophobic,oil displacement and antipollution ability. The glass transition temperature of grafted ABS has no obvious changing.
