摘要
利用邻苯二甲酸酐,甘氨酸和氢氧化钙制备了新型结构成核剂——N-甘氨酸基苯甲酰氨酸钙(PGCa)。利用TGA考察了其热稳定性,采用X射线衍射分析(XRD)和偏光显微镜(PLM)对其改性聚丙烯的结晶形态进行了表征,用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了其结晶行为,并测试了其力学性能。结果表明,PGCa是一种有效的β晶型聚丙烯成核剂。当PGCa质量分数为0.15%时,β晶型的相对含量可达74.2%,抗冲击强度由纯PP的12.07 kJ/m2提高到38.13 kJ/m2,拉伸强度和弯曲强度略有降低。
Calcium N-glycinylphthalamate(PGCa) was prepared by phthalic anhydride,glycine,and calcium hydroxide.The thermodynamic stability of PGCa and the influence on crystalline morphology and crystallization behavior of PP were studied with thermogravimetry(TGA),X-ray diffraction(XRD),polarized opticalmicroscopy(PLM) and differential scanning caloimetry(DSC),the mechanical properties were also tested.The results show that PGCa is an effective β-form nucleating agent of PP.While the addition of PGCa is 0.15%,the content of β-crystal is 74.2%,and the impact strength of PP is improved from 12.07 kJ/m2 to 38.13 kJ/m2,but the flexural strength and the tensile strength decrease slightly.
