摘要
文章以高校机关人员人事代理、人才派遣等新的管理体制实施5周年为契机,根据人力资源管理学、组织行为学等原理,在充分开展问卷调查的基础上,分析和探讨了在新的用人制度执行过程中高校机关新进职工群体的现状和存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策和建议。
Personnel agency, talent dispatch and other new management system have been carried out five years in Chongqing Universities. According to the principles of human resources management and organizational behavior, this paper analyzed the status and problems in the implementation process of the new personnel system by questionnaire investigation, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
