分析了我国"被精神病"现象频发的原因,介绍了域外预防"被精神病"的法律规制,并就我国避免"被精神病"的法律完善提出相关建议。

This paper analyzes the causes of phenomenon of the frequent ＂forced psychiatric treatment＂ in China,introduces oversea regulations of the illegal mental health treatment,and then puts forward relevant proposals to prevent ＂forced psychiatric treatment＂ and to improve the legal system of our country.
