摘要
阐述了国内外激光熔覆金属陶瓷涂层的研究进展,指出了其存在的主要问题,并提出了激光-感应复合熔覆的新方法。该技术与单纯激光熔覆技术相比,激光-感应复合熔覆金属陶瓷层技术的效率可以提高约1~4倍,并获得大面积无裂纹的金属陶瓷层,此技术可以很大程度上促进激光熔覆金属陶瓷涂层的工业化应用。
Based on the research development of laser-induction cladding ceramic-metal composite coating techniques at home and aboard,the disadvantages of the techniques are pointed out,and the new techniques of laser-induction cladding are put forward in this paper.Compared with the laser cladding techniques,the efficiency of laser-induction cladding ceramic-metal composite coating techniques can be enhanced by 1to 4 times;simultaneously,such techniques can produce large area of crack-free ceramic-metal coatings,to a great degree,they can boost the industrial application of laser-induction cladding ceramic-metal composite coating techniques.
